PACKING EVENT

Friday - July 31
6:00PM to 8:00PM
SET UP - need 3 volunteers
Review previously delivered materials and relocate to appropriate location in room for event. Set up five packing lines consisting of (2) tables, various stations with measuring/weighing items. Prepare boxes and bags for packing.
Saturday August 1
8:00AM to 11:00AM
TABLE CAPTAINS - need 3 volunteers
Arrive before the teams to receive specific training for each line/product, then supervise the teams.
Saturday August 1
9:00AM to 11:00AM
PACKING VOLUNTEERS - need 15 volunteers
Work on one of 5 lines at various stations measuring, weighing materials, placing in bag, sealing bag and placing bags in box. Sealing & labeling boxes and placing on pallet.
Saturday August 1
11:00AM to 12:00PM
CLEAN UP - need 2 volunteers
Help consolidate Meals of Hope items, load in van, breakdown tables and store, sweep floor, general cleanup of space.
Saturday August 1
11:00AM to 12:00PM
TRANSPORT - need 2 volunteers
Load completed boxes in vehicles at Mini-Conference Center and transport to Seven Valleys Food Rescue. Place on pallets at site.
