Stay tuned for the next Clean-Up!

Review of the fall 2024 Clean-up:

We have two teams this year. One will start at Riverside Plaza, and we will work our way downstream via kayaks if the water level is high enough. I have a couple extra kayaks available for those that want to give it a try. Our second team will begin at Elm Street. Rotarians and the PBA will work upstream. Seven Valley Tech Academy, with a couple Rotarian guides, will work their way down stream to the school.

Please let Jeremy know if you’re available. Anyone with a truck willing to help transport our treasures to the Soil & Water Conservation dumpsters at the Grange building on Clinton would be appreciated.

Annual River Clean Up

Every year Rotary combines efforts with the Cortland County Soil & Water Conservation District, and other groups, to help clean and protect the waterways in our community.

Our club has adopted sections of the Tioughnioga River for nearly 10 years. Shopping carts seem to have a strange attraction to our river. Tioughnioga translates to "Bank of Flowers."
